Down the street, you come into view.
You are here
To leave what we once knew.
It's so obvious, can't hide behind your
Blushing.
Fooled me once, fooled me twice
No more concealing.
There are no words to string together
I know you.
You have done your worst to me
I am tired
Release me
Leave something inside of me.
You protest but,
I'm set in stone.
Don't be so afraid to be alone.
Ask me for a kiss
I am already going.
Fooled me once, fooled me twice
Now I'm growing.
There are no words to string together
I know you.
You have done your worst to me
I am tired
Release me
Leave something inside of me.

Once again, all songs on this EP could be hit singles for almost any other band! That alone shows the talent and musical creativity Nick has in his head, and he somehow manages to arrange his ideas to form perfect melodies within the beautiful songs! One day there needs to be a 99MMFTS gatefold 2XLP or 3XLP album of the songs Nick chooses, and I would die a happy man! Charlie Mayer
